Throughout her distinguished career, she has built a reputation for discipline, integrity, and operational excellence—leading teams in high-stakes environments and ensuring compliance with strict federal and safety regulations.

Roberta’s background includes years of service as a Security Guard with the Department of the Army, overseeing chemical surety material, access control, and emergency response operations. As a Sergeant First Class in the Colorado Army National Guard, she led and trained Soldiers, managed large-scale logistics and range operations, and served as a mentor and resilience trainer, developing the leadership skills that now define her as a business owner.

Drawing from her extensive experience in security, operations, and personnel management, Roberta leads with precision, accountability, and a mission-focused mindset. Her approach to business reflects the same principles that guided her military career—strong leadership, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
